  • What is your return policy?

    We dont offer any change of mind return.


    For any issues with the received product, please contact us via email and we will take appropriate action in timely manner to ensure that the issues are rectified via following manner:


    1. First, we will request information to understand the type of problem and if the issue canbe resolved remotely. If not, we will send a retunr postage label so that the buyer can send the product back.


    2. We will try to rectify the issue after receiving the product in acceptable condition* and if we are able to do so, we will post the laptop back.


    3. If we are not able to fix the issue, we will try to offer alternatives. If the alternative product options are accepted,  we will post the product.


    4. If there is no alternative product available, we will process full refund.


    * All our products will be protected via warranty sticker and store serial number and altering the laptop will make any type of claim invalid. 

  • How much is delivery?

    We offer free delivery across Australia. We will offer postage service through different courier companies and buyer must comply with the related terms and conditions.


    Auspost Express post service is also available for extra $15.

  • Can I exchange items?

    Yes, please contact us for details and we will reach out to you.

  • Do you recycle old IT assets?

    Yes, we do. For further details please reach out to us.
